Lies, damned lies, and media lies

Will and Jeff heroically responded to a housefire in rural Missouri. An infant died in the fire. A man at the scene was uncooperative with the officers when asking what was going on, and then fought firefighters trying to battle the flames, as well as the two officers trying to protect him and the firefighters. Was he a panicked father trying to save his child, or was he a murderer engaging in dramatic theatrics. As the press painted the officers as foolish and cruel, they tried to continue their work in silence and under intense criticism.
